Time Commitment.

LaunchPad is designed to give you real experience, not just a few hours of attendance.

Minimum Commitment: 60 hours – Enough to learn the basics, contribute to a project, and earn your first certificate.

Recommended Commitment: 80–120 hours – This is the ideal co‑op/internship range where you can:

• Complete a full project
• Build a strong resume
• Earn multiple Applied Training Certificates
• Show real growth and leadership

Bonus: The more hours you commit, the better and more advanced the projects you get assigned. Longer commitments = bigger responsibilities, cooler builds, better experiences and stronger references.

What This Internship Is.

Mastermind LaunchPad Internships program is a hands‑on training experience where you work on real community and industry projects. No busywork — you’ll be designing, building, creating, and solving problems.

You’ll also earn Applied Training Certificates that prove the skills you learned.

I am currently enrolled in high school, but I am not eligible for my school’s co‑op education program due to my age or grade level. Am I still able to apply to the program?

Yes — we’re really excited to see students taking the initiative to learn new skills. You can use this internship to complete your mandatory high school volunteer hours. And if you choose to do a co‑op later on, you’ll already have experience with us, which gives you a clear advantage over other students.

What is the commitment level required to participate in the program?

Are there any fees associated with the training program?

No. This specialized training program is 100% free. Students commit to participating in the program as a voluntary, unpaid opportunity to gain valuable experience, training, and knowledge.

Are all specializations available at any given moment?

Enrollment in a specific specialization is dependent on project availability. You should express in your application all areas of interest.
