Gain FREE entry through sponsorship!!!

To gain free entry on the Mixed Métal Robotics team, you must:

STEP 1: Register your child.

STEP 2: Email us immediately with your intent to secure team sponsorships. Please include your child’s name and the prospective sponsors in your email. Our email address is: hello@mastermindyouth.org.

STEP 3: Download the sponsorship request letter and begin fundraising.

STEP 4: Submit the sponsorship cheques by mail or in person. The mailing address will be provided upon request.

Conditions

  1. Engineering team members must secure a minimum sponsorship of $500, while Business team members need to secure at least $250.
  2. All sponsorships must be submitted by January 2, 2026.
  3. If the registration fees are not fully covered by sponsorships, the remaining balance must be paid in full by January 2, 2026. (Acceptions may be made on a case by case basis based on individual family circumstances.)
  4. Volunteering rebates do not apply on sponsorships.
